Cancelling or changing contracts requires mutual consent of all parties and a document in which the changes can be recorded so that they remain binding in law. Although we can't provide a solution for the former, we do provide several alternatives for the latter, so you should be able to find one that meets your needs.
Cancelling or changing contracts
Variation of contract agreement
Change the terms of a legal contract using this variation agreement. Using this document, you can insert, delete and amend words, paragraphs and clauses or renumber existing paragraphs.
Novation agreement: transfer of service contract
Transfer a service contract between customers using this easy to use and effective novation contract. The agreement is structured as a deed for greatest flexibility. Although this deed of novation can be used to transfer any service contract, we have used the example of a transfer of website hosting services between customers of an ISP in this agreement. Changes for other types of service agreement are very simple to make. The most common use for this agreement would be to change the parties to service contracts on the purchase of a business.
